Carlo Prati built an organ for the Sankt Luciuskirche in Goldrain-Tiss in 1660-1661. It was not built for this church, but its origin is unknown. A very large part of the original instrument has been preserved. It was probably placed in Tiss by Andreas Mauracher in 1807. Franz Reinisch renovated the pedal in 1859, with new pipes, and two registers (Prinzipal 8' and Gamba 8') were also added to the manual. The manual was renewed in 1939 by Leopold Stadelmann. He also changed the Gamba into a Salicional. During a thorough restoration by Paolo Ciresa in 1988-1989, the original situation was restored as much as possible. The added registers from 1859 have been removed. The independent pedal has been retained.
