- The organ in the church of Elsaute was built in 1747 by Jean-Baptiste Le Picard as a choir organ for the cathedral of Liège. The instrument was moved to the church of Petit-Rechain in 1794. It remained here until 1929, when it was transfered to Elsaute.
- Guido Schumacher restored the organ in 1991. On December 15, 1991 it was re-dedicated with a concert by the consultant, Hubert Schoonbroodt. Two pedal boards were made during the restoration: a French chest pedal with size CD-d° and a German pedal with size C-d'. The organ has also been relocated from the choir loft to the priest's choir.
