- Willem van Leeuwen built an organ in 1959/1960 for the Boezemkerk in Bolnes, which was built in 1957. The church building was inaugurated on December 19, 1957. The Van Leeuwen organ is constructed with mechanical slider chests with the so called VEKA-system. Consultant during the construction was Willem Hüllsmann. On May 25, 1960, the organ was inaugurated with a performance by Lambert Erné.
- In 2006 there were plans to demolish the church building. A large apartment complex with a church hall for approximately 150 people should be built on the same location. These plans were put on hold at the end of 2007 for the time being. In 2023-2024, however, it was finally decided to demolish the church. The organ was put up for sale. The organ was sold at the beginning of 2025 and will be transferred by Martin Butter to the Sint Martinuskerk in Overpelt in Belgian Limburg in the spring of 2026.
