De firma Vermeulen plaatste in 1983 een historisch kabinetorgel in de Kapel 'Onder de Linden' in Thorn. Het stond voor die tijd in de Westerkerk en in de Sint Jacobuskerk in Leeuwarden als tijdelijk orgel. de herkomst is verder onbekend. Mogelijk is het gebouwd door H. ter Hart. Het orgel wordt gedateerd op 1845.
